About the Magician

Anthony Grupido has been hailed as "Michigan's Best Magician" by Channels 2, 4, and 7, as well as WJR Radio. He's opened for the famed Impractical Jokers, 2017 America's Got Talent winner Darci Lynne, and comedy legend Bill Engval.

Inspired by his own struggles with depression, Anthony visits schools with a magic-themed presentation that educates students about mental wellness, depression, and coping skills. This presentation has awarded him a seat on "Oakland County's Elite 40 Under 40" list for improving the quality of life in his community, and it's landed him a role as an ambassador for the Children's Hospital of Michigan Foundation.

Anthony has performed everywhere, including the lobbies of Emagine Theaters, churches, casinos, Jimmy John's Ball Field, palace suites, trade shows, festivals, business events and company parties. No matter where you run into Anthony, remember to watch your watch!

In 45-60 minutes, Anthony shares his experiences with overcoming depression and attempted suicide, and he shares his advice for dealing with stress, talking about mental health, and where to go if you need effective help.
